Services and Reservations:

Reservation Policy: Court reservations, equipment rentals, and other services may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you request by the pricing and payment terms provided by Evoke Tennis. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

Code of Conduct:

Facility Rules: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while using our facilities and participating in our services. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards other individuals will not be tolerated. You must comply with all facility rules and regulations, including safety guidelines, dress code requirements, and any other policies specific to Evoke Tennis. Evoke Tennis also has the right to remove a player from the program due to poor behavior that affects the ability of the coach to provide the service and the learning environment of other players. No Refund will be given.

Liability: You acknowledge that tennis involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with participating in our services. Evoke Tennis and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the use of our facilities or participation in our services, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials provided by Evoke Tennis, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, texts, images, videos, and graphics, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Evoke Tennis o. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission from Evoke Tennis.

Privacy and Data Collection:

We collect and process personal information by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Termination:

Evoke Tennis reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions or disruptive behaviors. Termination will not relieve you of any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
