Frequently Asked Questions
- What if my child cannot attend their group session?
- No make-up sessions will be organised if you cancel or are unable to make your scheduled group lesson.
- If one or more group lessons are cancelled due to inclement weather or a coach is unavailable, make-up sessions will be provided and organised by Evoke Tennis. A specific time and day will be allocated to reschedule a make-up class and communicated with at least 7 days’ notice. If you are unable to attend this make-up session, the make-up session will be forfeited.
- What if cannot make my Private or Semi-Private Lesson?
Advanced Notice:
- If you need to cancel a scheduled tennis lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. This allows Evoke Tennis to potentially fill the time slot with another student who may be interested in your time slot. Make-up sessions will be scheduled and completed by the time the Term program is completed.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be considered late cancellations. In this case, your lesson fee will be forfeited, and no make-up session will be offered.
- What types of programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of programs, including group lessons, private lessons, summer camps, and specialised training sessions. We also provide programs tailored to juniors and adults, as well as programs focused on specific aspects of the game like technique, strategy, and fitness.
- Is Evoke Tennis an Active Kids Provider?
